“My two guinea pigs are vicious with their water bottles. Most of the ones we tried they were able to either shake loose from their holder or would make a mess of the extra water that would leak out. Then I purchase two of these.

While the nozzle is a bit smaller than I expected, they've grown used to it. The holder screws on tightly to the cage and almost entirely prevents them from being able to shake the bottle around as well. After a few long attempts, they've given in to their new water bottle overlords. Another plus with the bracket is that you only have to install it once. If you want to refill the bottle, simply pull the clip to the side and pop the bottle out. Once it's filled, just clip it back in.

It may not seem like a lot, but for people like us who had to fiddle around with loose metal bottle holders, these are just amazing.

As far as "no drip" goes, the bottles definitely meet that description out of the box. I can't say if that changes over the long term, but for the first week or so that I've had them, I haven't noticed any random wetness under the bottles.

Overall, these are by far the best water bottles we've tried. I'd love to see a slightly larger variation but I can't ding the rating just for that. Highly recommended."

“HOLY MOLY. FINALLY. We had an unexpected litter of guinea pigs and it was hard enough to keep the cage clean without a leaky water bottle. Every bottle we tried either leaked, or let out so much water each time the piglets sipped that the cage was ALWAYS soaked. The other bottles also made really noisy clicking sounds ALL THE TIME. This bottle doesn't have any of those problems! The included bottle is small, but I am still refilling it less often than the former 24 ounce bottle because it doesn't waste a drop. I may try a bigger bottle later, but they are rare in our house and honestly, it keeps mu daughter accountable to their needs, so it's not an issue for me. The bottle is mounted over a plastic shelf now so any droplets are VERY visible. After several hours, the shelf is still dry, the piglets are getting their water just fine, and there is no mess! I don't hear EVERY SIP taken by every piglet, either. This may very well be the most perfect water bottle for small animals EVER MADE. EVER. I love it!

Update: Overnight there are maybe 2-3 droplets on the shelf. WOOHOO!!!”

“At first I had problems because every time our puppy tried to drink from it, the bottle part fell off. The instructions did not make it clear that, once you clamp in the water bottle, you have to turn it a little until it "clicks" in place. Now that it never falls off, it is perfect! Never leaks. Also, I put it on a super big kennel, so there was only one space where the bars were double, and I could screw it in. I expect the bigger ones are made to fit the bigger kennels, not necessarily the size of the dog. The round blue part needs to be big enough to not go through the bars. The small size is perfect for overnights, since I don't want him to drink too much water right before going to bed for the night. Very happy with this product.”

“This is a great water bottle. It does not leak or it hasn't yet at least. I got this for my cat, who I have to put in a kennel when I'm out of the house and sleeping. She had been getting her water in a dish which she chose to knock over almost every night. This is a much cleaner solution. Getting her to drink from it was a little tough.
